Shipping & Order Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

1. Standard Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days after confirmation. You’ll receive a notification via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

2. Custom Products take 4–7 working days to ship.

3. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday.

4. Delivery Time is typically 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
(For North-Eastern states, delivery may take up to 10 days.)

Order Changes & Cancellations

1. Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
This includes:

No cancellation

No addition or removal of items

No changes to coupon codes

2. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

Product Unavailability or Delays

If any item from your order becomes unavailable or delayed, our team will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you about the issue.

Delivery Issues

1. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, you must inform us within 24 hours.

2. Email us at info@dhairyam.com with your Order ID and subject line: "Delivery Status".

3. Failing to report within 24 hours will make you ineligible for a refund or support.

Shipping Charges

1. Shipping fees on our website cover orders up to 15 kg.

2. If your order exceeds 15 kg, we will contact you for additional shipping charges.

All our orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partner, GoSwift, to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.
