Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
  1. Standard orders are shipped within 2–4 working days after confirmation. You’ll receive an SMS or email once your order is shipped.
  2. Custom products may take 4–7 working days to ship.
  3. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday.
  4. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days depending on your location. For North-Eastern states, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.

  • No cancellations
  • No addition or removal of items
  • No changes to coupon or discount codes

Product Unavailability or Delays

If an item becomes unavailable or experiences an unexpected delay, our team will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message.

Delivery Issues
  1. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 24 hours.
  2. Email info@dhairyam.com with your Order ID and use “Delivery Status” as the subject line.
  3. Requests reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation, support or reimbursement, depending on the shipment circumstances.
Shipping Charges
  1. Shipping fees displayed on the website cover orders weighing up to 15 kg.
  2. If your order exceeds 15 kg, our team will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges before dispatch.

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners to provide reliable delivery across India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.
