Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping at Dhairyam. We hope you love what you ordered! But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Products are eligible for return or exchange only in the case of damaged or defective items. Please note, we do not accept returns for any other reason. You must notify us by emailing us at info@dhairyam.com or contacting us at +91 7011246927, along with an unboxing video as proof.

2. All return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

3. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.

4. For returns, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

1. We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm the issue.

3. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow sufficient time (3-5 Business Days) for the bank to process and reflect the refund.

4. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping was borne by Dhairyam or not paid by the customer, the same amount will be deducted from the refund.

5. Refunds will not be processed without an unboxing video as proof for damaged product claims.

Please note: For all orders, the request for refund, if or when accepted, the refunded amount may be slightly lower due to non-refundable transaction fees deducted by our payment gateway (Razorpay).

Important

1. Custom products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately at info@dhairyam.com with your order number and subject line “Delivery Issue”.

Order Modification / Cancellation

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. If needed, you may modify your order (for items of the same or higher value) within 24 hours, provided it hasn't been shipped.
